Made with Organic Ingredients Our sourdough bread starter live has been fed using high quality non-GMO and organic ingredients. How to Use: 1.When you feed your starter, feed it with approximately equal weights of flour and water. That equates to about 2/3 to 3/4 cup of water for every cup of flour. 2.As a general rule of thumb, you want to approximately double the amount of starter you have each time you feed it. 3.Ideally, you will feed your starter daily. If you want to use your starter less, it can be kept in the fridge, or dried and stored in the freezer. 4.Be sure to store your starter in a container that’s not airtight. If you’re using a wire bail jar to store your starter, you can just remove the rubber gasket that comes with them. You will receive a healthy chunk of live sourdough starter and with regular feeding, your starter can be sustained indefinitely.
