- McCarter Coasters are extremely absorbent. Condensation from your glass will seep into the porous clay coaster and take-in any liquid. No more drips or stains! Continues to soak-up all day. We don't know where the water goes! Normal use will render a long lasting coaster that will need very little care. To remove stains, spot clean with a mild bleach product. Rinse with water and allow to dry. This will restore the coaster to its original condition.
- They don't stick to your glass! These are the first coasters I've used that actually work with glasses that sweat. My glass doesn't stick to the coaster and if water sweats off the glass it is absorbed into the coaster. They work wonderfully! There are so many patterns to choose from - you can find something for everyone. The fine textured detail is embossed giving them dimension while the natural off-white color goes with any decor.
