Instructions: 

► Put your marinated or spiced ribs on the rack.

► Put it on the grill or oven.

► Cook the ribs using indirect cooking method. 

► Always use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. 

Charcoal Grills / Smokers: 

► Arrange coals so that juices from ribs do not drip into coals. 

► Place a foil drip pan under ribs and place coals around drip pan. 

► Make sure drip pan is large enough to cover the area below ribs. For safety, use long-handled tongs. 

Gas or Electric Grills / Smokers: 

► Units with two or more burners: Turn one burner off after preheating. Place chicken over the unlit burner. 

► Units with one burner: Set burner to lowest setting available. 

CAUTION:  Use gloves or oven mitts when handling this product. Rack or ribs can be extremely HOT!
