"What if I could recycle all of my broken and unused makeup instead of throwing it out?" FIXY founder Jill Rossini put her heart and soul into creating a product that would help beauty fanatics save time and money. By helping them fix broken powdered makeup and create and blend their own new colors, she was filling a gap in the market. Jill used her 15 years' experience in graphic design along with her 10 years as a licensed esthetician to create the ultimate kit to do it all.
