1.Cut off the dead skin and hangnails with clean scissors before using the cuticle oil pen.
2.Take of the pen cup and gentiy twist the pen bottom,let the oil flow down the brush.
3.Make sure the brush is moistened with cuticle oil.Apply a small amount of nutrient oil to nails, cuticles, sidewalls and nail edges.
4.Brush the oil evenly around the nail. 1 or 2 clicks of nail vitamin oil is enough, no need to look like all greased up.
