1.Clean and polish the fingernails; paint the background coior on the fingernails and dry it out.
2.Cut off the desired design.
3.Peel the clear plastic film off, using some sort of tweezers and a small pool of water you dip the tattoo in water(about 10-20 seconds) so the design can come loose from the white backing, once it comes loose you can slide it off and carry it with the tweezers on to the nail itself.
4.Wait for it to dry then finish off with a nice layer of top coat.
