1.How to maintain the suction power of the nose sucker? a. Please check whether you have clean and dry the suction chamber after each use. Leftover mucus or liquid might block the air flow the of aspirator and cause weak suction. b. It is recommended to soften dry nasal mucus with saline water for 30 seconds to 1 minute before using this product for nasal mucus suction. Since the aspirator can not suck out dry or hard booger directly. c. Please choose the appropriate gear for different congestion situation or according to baby’s age. If you think the suction is not strong enough, please choose higher gear. 2.Why the nasal aspirator is not working? a. Please check whether you have install the suction chamber correctly? Twist the chamber clockwise till hear a click to make sure it’s fits tightly. b. Please check whether the sealant rubber ring around the suction chamber base works well? Fit it tightly before screwing the suction set into the suction port. c. Please don’t wash the machine main body. The body is not waterproof. 3.How to avoid leaking or back flow? a. Please empty the suction chamber before mucus exceed 1/2 of entire storage capacity. Otherwise snot will overflow. b. Use the aspirator in upfront position to avoid back flow. c. Turn off device RIGHT AFTER snot sucking finished to avoid mucus back flow. 4.Why your aspirator can’t be turned on after charge? Or how to charge your device correctly? a.
