About flickering problem :
Solve way 1 :
If your lamps used halogen bulbs before, you need to replace 4-5 bulbs together when replacing . Otherwise, it maybe will flickering . The reason is that the power of this bulbs is much lower than halogen bulbs
Solve way 2 :
leaving one halogen bulb in the fixture would prevent the led bulbs from flickering. So I have two halogen bulbs that together almost max out the capacity of the transformer and the rest is filled with these led bulbs.
Solve way 3 :
If you are using an old halogen light dimmer and the LED light flickers when installed, it is the mismatch between the LED light and the dimmer. You can replace the LED dimmer
