1. Because of all our head are hand-made, It is common for lossing a little hair for the first time use , please use our detangling brush to comb hair.
2. Please don't use shampoo that includes alcohol or sulfate ingredients. it would cause dryness, then leads to tangle.
3. Wash the hair downward with a non-alkaline shampoo and lukewarm water, avoid strong pulling and rubbing , the hair has been implanted by hand and can became matted, rinse off shampoo residues thoroughly, care for the hair with a conditioner or finish care, comb the hair with a wide tooth brush. Starting from the trip to the roots, squeeze out residual moisture with a towel.
4. Strand test are commended to preview results of all chemical treatment, please note the hair on your training head may already have been chemically treated, our training heads with real hair.
5. Never use sodium hydroxide products on any curly hair mannequin.
