Do not attempt to change the mask manually by heating or deforming, as it was designed based on a complex data collected. Any deforming might result in injuries. The only way to adjust the mask is by adjusting the straps. We care about our customer's safety, therefore do not recommend any experiments with the product.
You have to use a centimeter tape to measure your cheekbone width. Starting at just past the outer corner of your eye, lay your tape measurer across the bridge of your nose to slightly past the outer corner of your other eye. Make sure the tape measure runs at a straight line and rests just above your cheekbones. Also, ensure that your nose is not bigger than the average. Nose size is the measurement from the area between the eyes to the tip of the nose. The average nose size for adult is around 5-6cm.
