  • Radio wiring harness is used to replace the factory oem radio with your aftermaket new radio. Not compatible with amp systems like Bose, Infinity, On-Star etc. This harness can be used to connects an aftermarket stereo to the factory amplified system. Factory radio Navi system w/o Ext amp is available.
  • Red ignition wire - Not for all vehicle models, but if OEM radio harness of your vehicle has no ignition wire, aftermarket stereo can not be turned off/on through OEM radio harness. To solve this issue, need to get 12V power from the ignition by running the red cable separately from the OEM radio harness. Simply attach one end to the ACC wire of the harness that comes with aftermarket radio, and connect the other end to the ACC wiring position located behind vehicle's ignition switch.
