The package includes:

Automatic Transmission Fluid Filling adapter for Ford and a suitable clamp * 1;

Instructions:

Drive the vehicle until the transmission is at operating temperature.
Make SURE it is level.
With the transmission in Park and the engine idling, remove the Oil level check plug from bottom center of transmission pan.
There are two plugs, one within the other. The oil check plug is the center one with the 3/16" allen.
When full, fluid should just trickle out of this hole.
1.) Remove the inner fill plug from transmission. Use a wrench to hold the outer nut to prevent draining all the fluid.
2.) Install the Transmission Fluid Fill Adapter.
3.) Fill transmission to correct fluid level. Add fluid in small increments and continually check until fluid is slowly dripping.
4.) Remove the Transmission Fluid Fill Adapter.
5.) Some leaking will occur this is normal and you should let this happen so that the proper level is attained.
6.) Re-install the inner fill plug in transmission.
